This Privacy Policy explains how Vaayu Global LLC (“Vaayu Global”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it. It does not cover information we receive in the course of a client engagement, which is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

- Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your full name, company and role, business email address, country or principal market, area of interest, a description of your business question and your desired timeframe.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the servers that host this website record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used to run and secure the website.
- Cookies. This website uses only cookies that are needed for it to work, such as those that keep site administrators signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics or tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Please do not submit confidential, privileged or highly sensitive information through the website form.

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and for up to two years afterwards, unless an engagement begins, in which case the engagement agreement applies. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send confidential information through the form.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by contacting us as described below. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
7. International visitors
Vaayu Global LLC is based in Texas, United States, and information you submit is processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your inquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to it and, where you ask us to, to take steps before entering into an engagement.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
